About Us

B.M.Surprise was founded in 1974 with full support from am English trading company called Dodwell & Co.

Since then, we have carried out our role in the society as a trading company ourselves and have grown to become what we are currently today.

Keeping our base as a trading company, we have developed multiple projects for the society. These projects include the "Hito-Mirai Project" (People and Future Project) for children, our leaders of the future world, creating our own "Sports Department" (2001~2004) that was organized by a former Pro Japanese baseball player, and the development of an App for watching over elderly parents (2012~2014). We have been working hard on trying to contribute to the world in many different ways, not just as a trading company.

In recent years, due to the development of technology and advancement of automation of automobiles, the concept of "cars" has changed vastly.

As people are starting to become more and more indifferent towards cars, we believe that our company's mission is to prolong the true relationship that should exist between cars and us humans.

Our company was built so that we could provide to our customers, the joy of having and driving your own special car, even in this busy world today.

We will continue to make our best efforts to contribute to the further development of the automobile industry.

古物取引に基づく安全と保安を目的に、売買契約時に運転免許証のコピーを頂いております。

We will take a copy of your driver’s license for the safety and security of trading antiques.

3. お客様情報の管理について How we handle personal information

お客様情報の取り扱いについて、個人情報に関する法令、その他の規則を遵守するとともに、細心の注意をもって管理いたします。

We will handle your personal information with extreme care in accordance with all laws regarding the protection of personal information and any other regulations or rules related to the the handling of personal information.

お客様情報を適切・かつ厳重に管理し、情報の漏えいや紛失、不正なアクセス、破壊・改ざんが起きないよう安全対策を講じます。

Personal information will be handled properly and securely and we will take various safety measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and leakage, loss, destruction, and falsification of personal information.

 

お客様情報を業務委託先に提供する場合は、最低限必要な情報に限り、当社と同等以上の個人情報管理が行われることを要請いたします。

When we provide personal information to our outsourcing companies, we will provide only the minimum amount of information required. We will make sure that our outsourcing companies will handle the personal information provided with at least the same privacy policy level as our company’s privacy policy level.

 

4. お客様情報の第三者への提供について Provision of personal information to third parties 

当社は、お客様情報を保護するために、お客様情報を適切に管理し、以下の何れかに該当する場合を除き、第三者に開示いたしません。

In order for us to protect personal information, we will handle your personal information properly and will not disclose any personal information to third parties except under the following circumstances.

①お客様の同意がある場合

When we have your consent

②警察機関・裁判所等の公的機関により開示を要求された場合や、当社の権利・財産を保護する目的等においては、法律に基づき開示することがございます。

When disclosure is required by the police or the court or when it is necessary to do so in order to protect our company’s rights or assets in accordance with the law.

③当社および関係会社は、商品の配送や回収をする場合、またお客様に有益な情報を提供する場合に共同利用することがございます。共同利用する場合においても適切な保護をして開示いたします。

Our company may share your personal information with our associated companies when shipping or collecting products or when providing beneficial information to our customers. When sharing the information, we will take proper measures to make sure that the information is protected and disclosed safely.

④お客様が当社で購入された商品等に対して、製造メーカー等より、商品回収(リコール)の要請があった場合、当該商品に係るお客様の連絡先等の情報を、製造メーカー等に開示することがございます。

Our company may disclose your personal information, such as your contact information, to a manufacturer when a recall is initiated on a product that you have bought through our company.

5. お客様情報に関するお問い合わせ Inquiries regarding the handling of personal information

お預かりした個人情報につきましては、お客様から自己の情報について開示、訂正又は利用停止を求められた場合には対応させて頂きます。なお、提示開示の際には実費分の手数料をいただく場合がございます。詳しくは、ご請求の際にご説明させていただきます。また、一部のサービスで自己の情報について訂正又は利用停止を請求されても、全てのサービスにその請求内容が反映されない場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
