Where cars are kept, and how they reach you
The indoor garage at Karuizawa
Vehicles are kept in our indoor garage in Karuizawa. From the day we take a car in until the day it is handed over, it is not left standing outside. You are welcome to come and see a car in person.
Transport across Japan
After purchase we arrange transport to the address you specify — home, office or workshop. The cost depends on distance and vehicle size, so we give you the figure at the quotation stage.
If you cannot come to the car
When visiting in person is difficult, there are other ways to satisfy yourself about a vehicle's condition.

Vehicle video
We film the exterior, the interior and a cold start, and send you the video. If something concerns you, we will film that too.

Online viewing
We join a video call and walk you around the car while we talk. Let us know a time that suits you.

Arranging a visit
If you would like to see the car in person, we will confirm the location and arrange a time.
